Welcome to 2nd Balkan HR Summit 23-26 May 2011 and for our guests from outside Albania, Welcome to Albania.
We are pleased to organize the 2ns Balkan HR Summit after a great round last year held at Pashtriku Hotel from 24th till 27th May 2011, Gjakova City, Kosovo. This year we are pleased to have Albanian HR Society as the co-organizer and Kosovo HR Institute.
We have decided to choose the theme that reflects the current issues in all Balkan countries and that is “Productivity the Basis for Growth” . We have been able to put together a great agenda with speakers from not just the European continent but speakers from all over the world. This will give you an opportunity to;
- · Learn from the best in the HR community from an international perspective
- · Approaches and best practices in dealing with productivity issues from different perspectives
- · Network and benchmark with HR Practitioners from Albania, Balkan region and Globally
- · Apply the ideas through our multiple steams of workshops
We want the Summit to reflect the Albanian hospitality and as such we will be organizing gala dinner with Albanian traditional music and dance for all speakers and delegates coming from outside Albania. This will give you an opportunity to know Albania more and come back again. We also have different city tours for all our international delegates as part of package.
Delegates from Albania and Kosovo will be able to get a membership in Albanian HR Society and Kosovo HR Institute respectively as well as learn from our international speakers and network with foreign delegates.
