We are pleased to organize the 1st Balkan HR Summit. We are lucky to be able to collaborate it with the municipality of Gjakova, who will host the event in the Pashtriku Hotel from 24th till 27th May 2010. We feel that Kosovo is a good change of atmosphere as it has lots of beautiful places and sites for sight-seeing.

We have decided to choose the theme that reflects the current complexities, realities and dynamism faced by many government and private organizations. So, the theme “Gaining Competitiveness Through Human Capital” intends to provide information on current human resource strategies, policies and practices to encourage national and international development and market advantage competitiveness.
